Responses submitted through Hemiya Reading AI are not routinely reviewed by a human instructor as part of the automated feedback process.
Submitted answers and associated AI-generated feedback are not retained by Hemiya Reading AI after the applicable processing session, subject to any limited technical processing necessary to operate and secure the service.
Submitted information is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested reading-practice functionality and automated feedback. Simple French with Hems Inc. is responsible for the operation of Hemiya Reading AI and the handling of information submitted through the tool, subject to its applicable privacy practices and any service providers used to operate the platform.
Where applicable, requests relating to deletion of eligible personal information may be submitted to support@simplefrenchwithhems.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and the information actually retained by Simple French with Hems Inc.
