Automated feedback is intended to support practice. It is not a guaranteed correction, official examination result or certification of French proficiency.
You may submit written French responses, sentences, paragraphs, compositions, or other text related to a selected writing activity.
Hemiya Writing AI may analyze your submitted text and provide corrections, explanations, vocabulary suggestions, grammar observations, writing prompts, examples of revised wording, or other educational feedback intended to support your writing practice.
AI-generated feedback is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Automated systems may provide feedback that is incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for the intended meaning, or different from the correction a human instructor would provide. Learners should use the feedback as learning support rather than as a guaranteed correction, official evaluation, certification, examination result, or determination of French-language proficiency.
No routine human review is included in the automated Hemiya Writing AI process. Unless human review is expressly included as part of a separate product, membership, program, or service, submitting written work to Hemiya Writing AI does not mean that it has been reviewed or corrected by a teacher or instructor.
Written submissions and associated AI-generated feedback are not retained by Hemiya Writing AI after the applicable processing session, subject to any limited technical processing necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or troubleshoot the service.
Limited technical information may also be processed where reasonably necessary for security, functionality, system reliability, and service improvement.
Submitted text is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested writing-practice functionality and automated feedback. Simple French with Hems Inc. is responsible for the operation of Hemiya Writing AI and the handling of information submitted through the tool, subject to its applicable privacy practices and any service providers used to operate the platform.
Users should not submit passwords, identification documents, payment or financial information, confidential third-party information, or other personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the writing activity.
Where applicable, requests relating to deletion of eligible stored personal information may be submitted to support@simplefrenchwithhems.com. Please include the email address associated with the service and the name of the applicable product or activity so that the relevant information can be identified. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and the information actually retained by Simple French with Hems Inc.
